— Leading with Authenticity
We believe that spiritual leaders should manifest authenticity
with their followers, the world, and one another. Honesty,
transparency, and the truth spoken in love should characterize our
lives and ministries (II Corinthians 6:11).
ccountable — Leading with
Integrity
We believe that integrity and godly character are of supreme
importance as a standard for the life and ministry of a leader.
Without integrity we have no legitimate right to minister as leaders (I Timothy 3:1-7).
ervants — Leading with
Humility
We believe that true leadership operates from a heart of humility
and servanthood. Jesus modeled the kind of servant leadership we
should all pursue (John 13:1-17).
rder — Leading with
Intentionality
We believe that in order for spiritual leaders to advance as God’s
servants and to lead congregations effectively, they must operate with
a purpose-driven and intentional approach. Fruitful leaders do not
lead accidentally or on auto-pilot; they honor God by intentionally
planning, strategizing, and organizing their efforts (Proverbs 24:3
LB).
esults — Leading with
Competency
We embrace the development and use of skills, aptitudes, and
competencies in leading the house of God. We view leadership as not
only a spiritual gift but a learned skill which produces maximum
results (Psalms 78:72).

Looking Ahead With Faith and Vision From CACM Founder B.
Courtney McBath
"Calvary Alliance of Churches and Ministries (CACM) has grown
rapidly over the last four years and so has the vision of CACM. In the
future it is our goal to bring another seventy- five churches
domestically into our network. Additionally, we expect to plant
several hundred churches throughout Africa, Asia and the subcontinent
of India. Our heart is to invest in God’s leaders through specific
training, church assessments and personal interaction. We expect to
provide the churches in our network with every possible tool for
health and growth.
"We anticipate the steady growth of our Calvary Leadership Institute
which will provide a base for training domestic and international
leaders. We plan to provide continued care for our network pastors,
including financial counseling and retirement opportunities.” |
